By accessing or using the Fixma website (https://fixma.in), including its classified ads, forums, email functions, links, and all content and services available through it, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These documents create a binding legal agreement between PHONE WAYTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Fixma”) and you.

Fixma operates the website and provides a platform for Service Providers and Service Users to distribute, publish, and engage in transactions. By using, visiting, registering, or participating in the services offered, and by acknowledging agreement to these terms, you confirm that: (i) you are either a Service Provider or a Service User, (ii) you have the authority to agree to these terms, (iii) you authorize payments for services through the website, and (iv) you agree to all the terms and conditions herein and any related documents. If you do not agree, please do not affirm your acceptance and refrain from using the website.

Please note that by using the website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

The term "you" refers to any person accessing, using, or participating in the website, including those using it on behalf of a business entity, in which case it refers to that business.

Warranty Claim Conditions
  1. Warranty Commencement:The warranty period begins from the date of the invoice issued for the repair service.
  2. Specific Warranty Period:The warranty coverage is specific to the details mentioned on the invoice, including theduration (in months) and the particular part that was replaced.
  3. Non-Transferable Warranty:The warranty is exclusively applicable to the repaired device and is non-transferable,meaning it cannot be transferred to a different device or another individual.
  4. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility:Warranty remains valid if the replaced part experiences internal defects within the specified warranty period without any manual or external interference.
  5. Exclusions from Warranty:Warranty becomes void if the device sustains accidental damages, including falls, drops, pressure, water exposure, or exposure to high temperatures.
  6. Warranty Exclusions by Repair Type:
    • Display Replacement: Warranty excludes issues arising from hard pressure, falls, impacts, or bending, leading to display lines, colored patches, or white spots.
    • Battery Replacement: Warranty excludes issues resulting from overcharging, battery swelling, or the use of non-original chargers or cables.
    • Glass Replacement: Warranty excludes cracks on the glass due to any impact or pressure, regardless of the size, and any subsequent display damage.
  7. Tampering with Repaired Devices:Devices that have been internally tampered with (both hardware and software) after our repair service will not be covered under warranty, regardless of the issue.
  8. Unrelated Issues:Any issue unrelated to the repair conducted by Fixma will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
  9. Non-Monetary Warranty Claims:Warranty claims cannot be exchanged for monetary benefits or refunds.
  10. Replacement Part Quality:In the event of a warranty replacement, the quality or grade of the replaced part will match the original. If you wish to upgrade the part quality, additional charges will apply based on current rates.
  11. Warranty Claim Execution Time:The processing time for warranty claims is contingent upon the availability of the required replacement part.
  12. Geographic Limitation:Warranty claims must be initiated within the same city where the original repair service was conducted.
  13. Timely Reporting:Any issues experienced with the repaired device must be promptly reported. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may result in the warranty being voided.
  14. Part claimTime for settlement or execution of warranty claims will depend on availability of the part
Warranty Coverage:
  • This warranty covers repairs performed by Fixma for the duration specified on your repair receipt (typically 3-6 months depending on the repair).
  • The warranty covers the repaired component and the workmanship of the repair itself.
  • This warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dings, and cosmetic damage.
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, liquid immersion, or unauthorized repair.
    • Software issues unrelated to the repaired hardware.
    • Batteries with normal decreased capacity over time.
Warranty Claims:
  • To make a warranty claim, you must return the device to Fixma within the warranty period.
  • You must provide proof of purchase and your repair receipt.
  • Fixma will diagnose the problem and determine if the warranty covers it.
  • If the warranty covers the problem, Fixma will repair the device at nocharge.
  • If the warranty does not cover the problem, Fixma will offer you a paid repair option or return the device unrepaired.
Exclusions and Limitations:
  • This warranty is non-transferable.
  • Fixma is not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the repair process.
  • Fixma is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of this warranty.
  • This warranty is void if the device is tampered with or repaired by anyone other than Fixma.
Free Pick-up and Drop-off:
  • Our free pick-up and drop-off service applies only to devices being sent and repaired from Fixma service center for repair.
Device Return:
  • If you decide not to proceed with the repair after your device is picked up, a pick-up and drop-off fee will apply.
  • This fee will be based on our transportation porter partner rates. There will be no additional charges.
Additional Information:
  • This warranty is governed by the laws of India.
